- Orders are received & processed Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST.
- Once your order is received by our Personalization team, our goal is to have it completed and ready to send within two days.
- Once the product is ready to ship from Northeastern Ohio, transit time will dictate the arrival time.

What if an order comes in with questionable information (missing digit in the phone number, etc.)?
We have a department dedicated to personalization. If information comes in questionable to our personalization team, we will reach out to you to ensure we have the desired information being personalized the first time.
What if the order is incorrect?
In the event a Coastal mistake does happen, we will happily remake the item.
What if you are not happy with the product?
If you are not happy with the quality of the personalization, we have a "Quality Guarantee" where we will make it right.
How many letters can be included?
The number of characters, which includes letters, numbers, and spacing, are listed on each product page by the style and size.
Do's
- Choose contrasting or coordinating thread color.
- Stay within character counts.
- Double check your information for accuracy and completeness.
- Your pet's name and a contact phone number are suggested as the best pieces of information for your collar.
- Keep the information G-Rated.
- Coastal pet reserves the right to refuse any items that are considered inappropriate. please use good judgement when placing an order. Items considered inappropriate include, but are not limited to, hateful language, profanity, adult content, copyrights, and/or use of licensed trademarks.
- Review spelling carefully as personalized items are nonrefundable.
Don'ts
- Order dark thread on dark materials or same colored thread and material. As an example, black thread on a black collar.
- Use symbols - for example, using <3 to make a heart or special characters over lettering.
Special Notes
- Special characters are not available.
- All personalization is made in uppercase letters.
- When adjusting the collar to properly fit your pet, there is a possibility that the adjustable slide could rest over some of the custom embroidery.
Choosing the Perfect Color
It is important that your contact information be legible in case of emergency. Please consider thread color and how that color will look against the product's material.
