Quick check list for traveling with your pet:

☐ Research your airline's policy.

☐ Get an approved pet carrier.

☐ Acclimate your pet to the carrier before your trip. Start making little trips with your pet in the carrier, a trip to the park, pharmacy or a round trip to a nearby city are a good place to start.

☐ On the day of travel, bring your pet in the pet carrier to the airport.

☐ Bring a collar, leash and harness to secure your pet when it is not inside of the carrier.

☐ Pay the pet fare at the ticket counter. Each airline has different fee, and it also depends on the destination (Domestic or International Flight).

☐ Relax and enjoy the flight
